ICBC to recall Kamloops man's 'FIVE-0' licence plate due to police reference

A Kamloops, B.C., man's personalized licence plate is being recalled by ICBC due to its reference to the police. Jimmy Jay, however, says he's had the plates for almost a decade and thinks he should be grandfathered in.

For the first time since 1988, the U.S. is not officially commemorating World AIDS Day

The U.S. has marked World AIDS Day — the first global day dedicated to a health issue — since its creation in 1988.
